Learn about endocrine glands, hormones, the menstrual cycle and how levels of estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, LH, FSH and other hormones change throughout the menopause transition.
Sacred Sleep
Reset your circadian rhythm, audit your sleep routine and explore ways to improve your sleep during the peri to post menopause transition. Declining hormones during menopause can affect your sleep and not getting enough sleep can affect how you eat and metabolize food. This module will support you in slaying your sleep routine.
Heal Your Gut
Gut health is the key to brain and whole-body health, especially during menopause. This module discusses ways you can improve gut health, digestion and bowel health. I've already gone through menopause, do I need this program?You might! There have been many women who have taken this course who are post-menopausal. Their feedback has been that the information on functional nutrition, movement, stress management and self-regulation techniques have been extremely helpful for them. They have reported the program as life-changing and transformational in improving their overall health and well-being.

Do I need to have peri-menopause symptoms to enroll in this program?No! There are many women with no peri-menopause symptoms who take this course. The information in this program will prepare your mind and body for perimenopause and menopause.

How long do I have access to the program content?Forever! That's right, you will have lifetime access to all program modules, recorded videos, meditations, movement plans, meal plans and recipes.

How much does the program cost?The 12-week Mindful Menopause Transition program costs $597 per participant. This amount can be payed in full or in 3 payments of $199 over a 3-month period.

How long is the program?The Mindful Menopause Transition program is 12-weeks long.

What if I miss a live call?All live calls are recorded and uploaded to the portal. While I do recommend that you try to make every live call for the best benefit, the recordings are always available for you to review and watch as many times as you like.

When are the live calls?The live calls take place on Mondays from 4pm to 6pm PST beginning September 16th, 2024. Live calls end on Monday, December 9th at 6pm PST.

Hey there, I'm Nina Haley, NBC-HWC!
I was in college when my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer at the same time she was going through menopause. Witnessing her go through menopause and listening to her experience of perimenopause symptoms set me on this path to becoming a women's health professional. Throughout my career, I've created women's health programs for each phase of a woman's reproductive cycle during the times I was in each phase. When my cycle began to change and I started experiencing perimenopause symptoms, I knew it was time to create something for perimenopausal and menopausal women just like you!
